This bhajiya is very simple to make with ingredients available at home. Only you have to bring ridge gourd(tori) from the market.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, take the tori slices and dip in the batter and deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
