Don't strain once you have smashed the tomatoes. it gives a new taste. if you are giving it to kids, strain the juice. this is very healthy compared to instant and preserved (packed) juices. tomato is a super coolant and very easy to prepare.

Ripe tomato - 1 kg
Sugar - 15-20 tbsp (or to taste).
- Wash the tomatoes. pour enough water to immerse the tomatoes.
- Do not cut the tomatoes. boil until the tomatoes are cooked.
- Let it cool and peel the tomatoes.
- Smash the tomatoes well that no pulp is found.
- Serve chilled.
