An easy vegetable dish for sudden guests, the Tomato subzi is prepared by sautéing the chopped tomatoes with garlic, onions, ginger, spice powders and then served spicy hot with chapatis.
- First wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces. cut onions into small pieces. heat oil in a kadai and put rai after it is krackled put onions and fry until it is transparent. add tomatoes and all other ingredients and cook. serve with chapatis
