A tasty mix of different vegetables tossed wit curds and sugar. Delicious and nutritious.
- Grate carrots
- Chop all the vegetables
- Mix well the vegetables into the bowl with salt
- Add green chillies chopped
- Then add sugar and curd, mix it well
- Lastly garnish with coriander leaves.
