  1. Heat the butter in a pan add the dried fenugreek and saute for few seconds.
  2. Add the tomato puree, chilli powder and salt mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
  3. Whisk besan into 1 cup water, add to the tomato gravy and boil stirring continuously till thick.
  4. Serve hot.
