  1. Take a non stick pan put oil .
  2. Add onion when it become brown add methi leaves cook for a few minutes .
  3. Now add tomatoes and all spices.
  4. When tomatoes are cooked it leaves oil.
  5. Now add water when it starts to boil put egg.
  6. Broke it in one place i meanwhitw and yellow.
  7. In one place take care when breaking the egg.
  8. Cook for 15 min till eggs are done.
  9. Garnish with coriander.
  10. Serve with rice or chapathi.
