  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the 1st four ingredients by adding it in order for 5-10 minutes. then add salt and grind it into a smooth paste.
  2. heat 2 tsps of oil in the same pan and add mustard and urad seeds. then add curry leaves and mixture into it.
