Tofu Thai Style recipe - How to make Tofu Thai Style

Red curry paste--1 tbsp.
coconut milk--1 cup.
salt to taste.
- 1.cut tofu in medium size pieces.
- 2.heat 1 tbsp of oil and saute red curry paste in it.
- 3.add tofu and mix well.
- 4.add coconut milk, add salt as required and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- 5.switch off the gas and serve hot with rice.
