Tofu Sesame Salad recipe - How to make Tofu Sesame Salad

1 cup firm tofu , cut into 1/4" cubes
2 tbsp oil
3/4 tsp sesame seeds (til) oil
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
4 large celery (ajmoda) , chopped
2 tsp sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste
  1. Arrange the tofu slices on a paper towels and cover with another triple thickness of paper towels and press gently to remove any excess moisture.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine the oils, vinegar, soy sauce, and pepper and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Trim celery, peel and slice very thin diagonally.
  4. Add the prepared dressing, celery, sesame seeds, tofu and salt and toss gently.
  5. Serve immediately or chilled.
