It is an easy version of spring rolls. It is blended with chinese vegetables and schewan sauce.

Tofu Roll recipe - How to make Tofu Roll

1/2 cup mashed tofu
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1 tbsp schezuan sauce
a pinch salt
a pinch freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped mushrooms (khumbh)
1 tbsp chopped broccoli
bread crumbs for coating
oil for deep frying
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mIx well and make rolls like cylinder.
  2. Put breadcrumbs in a plate and roll the tofu rolls.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the rolls until crispy and light brown.
  4. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or chilli garlic sauce.
