It is an easy version of spring rolls. It is blended with chinese vegetables and schewan sauce.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mIx well and make rolls like cylinder.
- Put breadcrumbs in a plate and roll the tofu rolls.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the rolls until crispy and light brown.
- Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or chilli garlic sauce.
