  2. Place them on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 12 minutes, while stirring it thrice in between using a flat spatula or till they turn crispy and light brown in colour from all the sides.

Mini croutons are just perfect for soups.. and also as an extra crunch on any meal.. I have made this and stored it.. and it stays crisp and fresh for many days..
