2 large ripe apples - peeled and chopped
2 1/4 cups (500 ml) apple juice (ready-made)
8 tbsp vanilla ice-cream
8 to 10 ice-cubes

For garnishing
thin slices of apple (dipped in lemon juice) with a sprinkle of cinnamon (dalchini) powder

  1. Peel apples and cut into small pieces.
  2. Blend chopped apples with a little juice in a blender till smooth.
  3. Add the left over apple juice, ice cream and ice. blend for 1/2 minute.
  4. Pour into a glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with an apple slice, sprinkled with some lemon juice and cinnamon powder
