Til Grill Sandwich recipe - How to make Til Grill Sandwich

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1/2 cup sesame seeds (til)
4 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 cheese cube
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
4 bread slices
butter for grilling
salt to taste
  1. Grind the roasted sesame seeds and lemon juice together, till you get a fine thick paste.
  2. Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and corn to it.
  3. Add oregano, chili flakes, salt and mix well.
  4. On a bread slice apply this mixture evenly and add grated cheese on top.
  5. Place another bread slice on top and grill this sandwich with butter. Enjoy.
