Method

  1. Mix onion ,tomatoes,
  2. Corriander,chillipowder,
  3. Corriander powder,ajwain,
  4. Ginger-garlic paste,(paneer)chat masala,potatoes,beet,
  5. Salt & pepper.
  6. Put all the mixture in the rice and mash it well by hands
  7. Make flat balls & shape it
  8. In heart shape using shaper
  9. Apply samoline & deep fry them.
  10. To garnish it put sauce & fresh cream.
  11. Serve hot.
