For The Salad
1 big red capsicum
1 big yellow capsicum
1 big green capsicum
250 gms paneer (cottage cheese)

For The Dressing
3 tsp sesame (til) oil
3 tsp crushed garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds (til)
3 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

For Garnishing
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds (til)
  1. First cut red, green and yellow bell pepper symmetrically about 2 inch long and 1/2 inch broad.
  2. Now heat water in a skillet and blanch capsicum for 2 min and then strain water and put in bowl full of ice.
  3. Now cut paneer in the same dimension as capsicum.
  4. For dressing take all the ingredients in a big bowl and muddle it with a muddler now add all the capsicum and paneer/tofu to the dressing and mix it with light hand.
  5. Now empty the salad in a serving dish and garnish with roasted sesame seed .
  6. Roasted sesame seed should be lightly roasted and should retain its white colour.
