A famous gujarati dish made from whole wheat flour and other ingredients. It is a type of spiced up parathas.
- Prepare a soft dough using all the ingredients.
- Divide into 8 rolls.
- With a soft hand roll out the theplas one by one.
- Fry theplas with a little oil on medium flame.
