The thandai smoothie is a fruit-less smoothie with a rich and festive feel. Since the thandai syrup is based mainly on spices, this smoothie is generally liked more by adults than kids.

Ingredients
1/2 cup thandai syrup
1/2 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi) mixed with
1/2 cup chilled full-fat milk
4 tbsp vanilla ice-cream
1/2 cup ice-cubes

For The Garnish
2 almonds (badam)
Method
  1. Combine the curds-milk mixture, thandai syrup, vanilla ice-cream and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with an almond on the rim of each glass.

If there is curd or milk .it is not harmful????because basically we do not use both.

Thandai Smoothie..spicy and sweet, tastes better than the regular thandai as the fresh curds and vanilla ice-cream give it a nice flavour and taste.
