Thanda Sharbat recipe - How to make Thanda Sharbat

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 glasses

4 lemons
2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
800 ml chilled water
ice cubes as required
  1. Crush the ice cubes and keep aside.
  2. Pour water in a big bowl and squeeze the lemons in it.
  3. Add black salt and stir well.
  4. Add crushed ice and pour in separate glasses
  5. Garnish with lemons.
