Thai Smoothie recipe - How to make Thai Smoothie

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

2 cups fresh curds (dahi)
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
1/2 cup mango pulp
2 to 3 tbsp sugar ,
2 to 3 green cardamoms
ice cubes

For The Garnish
chopped mango
tender coconut flash.
  1. Combine all the above ingredients in a blender and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into 4 individual glasses and garnish with mango and coconut.
  3. Serve chilled.
