Bold flavors on bread... with ginger, peanut and healthy veggie toppings.
- Remove the crust of bread slices.
- In a small bowl, combine the cheese spread, peanut butter, ginger, white pepper and chilli powder. Spread over bread.
- Top with sliced chilli, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber and peanuts. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with cilantro. Cut each bread into 4 squares.
