Tender Coconut and Pineapple Thunder

A cooling ‘thunder’ summer cooler -- refreshing as coconut water and as tasty as pineapple
- Chop pineapple slices and tender coconut malai roughly and bend along with little tender coconut water in the mixer till smooth paste.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again till smooth.
- Strain and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
- Pour into 4 Martini Glasses and serve chilled garnished with lemon slice and mint leaves.
