This is a very easy but exotic kheer. It is simple to make but tastes really awesome.

Tender Coconut Payasam recipe - How to make Tender Coconut Payasam

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 to 1.25 litres

1 whole tender coconut
400 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 ltr whole milk
  1. Blend the tender coconut in a mixer to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
  2. Bring the milk to boil in a deep pan, add the coconut paste, while stirring continuously and mix well.
  3. Add the condensed milk and mix well and cook till the milk becomes thick and the coconut is cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
