Techa is relished along with bhakri.
can be enjoyed with rotis too !.
- Grind together all the above ingredients except the groundnuts. keep aside.
- Grind the roasted groundnuts seperately.
- Mix the groundnut powder to the above mixture and squeeze the juice of a lime and add salt.
- Your techa is ready to be served.
