  1. Combine the wheat flour with jaggery and add enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  2. Make sure no lumps remain and keep it in fridge for 5 hours. Heat a non-tick tava and grease it with little oil and pour the batter on it and spread evenly.
  3. Cook from both the sides till golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve immediately with pickle.
