This is rich in potassium, calcium and vitamins, kids will really like it , it is filling at any time, can be served also during their exams
- Combine the coconut water, tomato puree, spinach, green capsicum and yellow capsicum in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the pepper, carrots, oats, salt, mix well and bring to boil for 3 minutes.
- Add the paneer, mix well and boil again for 2 minutes.
- serve hot garnished with mint leaves.
