  1. Combine the coconut water, tomato puree, spinach, green capsicum and yellow capsicum in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the pepper, carrots, oats, salt, mix well and bring to boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the paneer, mix well and boil again for 2 minutes.
  4. serve hot garnished with mint leaves.
