Tasty Cinnamon Corn recipe - How to make Tasty Cinnamon Corn

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2/3 cup rabdi
1 1/2 cups sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane) , steamed
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
  1. Heat the butter in a pan, add the sugar and mix well.
  2. Add the all purpose flour, mix well and saute for few seconds.
  3. Remove from the flame, add the rabdi and whisk well.
  4. Add the corn and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture in a greased casserole dish and bake in a pre-heated oven for 60 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean.
  6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon on top and grill for 1 minute.
  7. Serve hot.
