Roti (bajra) is a fiber rich roti. Add grated vegetables or garlic as per choice to the dough and prepare spicy and flavourful bajra rotlis which can be enjoyed with curd or pickle.

  1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough warm water.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 150 mm. (6") diameter.
  3. Heat a tava (griddle)and cook each roti, using little ghee, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
