Ingredients
2 cups chopped watermelon (tarbuj)
2 cups orange juice
2 tsp honey ,
1 tsp raisins (kismis)
1 tsp ginger (adrak) , julienne
black salt (sanchal) and salt to taste
chopped mint leaves (phudina) to garnish
crushed ice as required
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Garnish with mint and ice and serve chilled.
