1 medium sized raw mango
a pinch of salt
4 Tb spoons sugar
4 glasses of water

  1. 1. roast the mango on a stove top.
  2. 2. peel off the skin.
  3. 3. take 4 glasses of water in a bowl and squeeze off completely the pulp from mango into water. seed is discarded.
  4. 4.to this add a pinch of salt and sugar and mix well.
  5. 5. serve chilled.
