1 medium sized raw mango a pinch of salt
4 Tb spoons sugar4 glasses of water
- 1. roast the mango on a stove top.
- 2. peel off the skin.
- 3. take 4 glasses of water in a bowl and squeeze off completely the pulp from mango into water. seed is discarded.
- 4.to this add a pinch of salt and sugar and mix well.
- 5. serve chilled.
