Tangy Poha recipe - How to make Tangy Poha

  1. Coarsely powder the poha.
  2. Pour the contents into a large bowl.
  3. Take a small bowl, put 1/4 cup water ,add tamarind pulp, sambhar powder, asafoetida, turmeric, jaggery, and mix it well.
  4. Leave the mixture for a few minutes to settle.
  5. Pour the mixture on the coarsely powdered poha and mix it well.
  6. Place a deep fry pan on a flame and add oil to it.
  7. Add mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram, groudnut and curry leaves. Fry the contents well.
  8. Pour the poha mixture into it and mix the content well.
  9. Add grated coconut and mix it well.
  10. Serve hot.
