The paneer pakoras are gram flour coated spicy paneer or cottage cheese cube pakoda recipe. The paneer cubes are coated with spiced besan batter and deep fried to create an innovative , paneer pakora recipe. Serve crispy paneer pakoras on a rainy day with a hot cup of tea.
- Sprinkle the red chili powder and mango powder on each paneer piece and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip each piece of paneer into the batter and deep fry till it turns golden brown in colour and crisp from all the sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
