Paneer 65 is a paneer recepie which is eaten as a starter or as an accompaniment.
- Combine all the masala ingredients along with ten curry leaves and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
- Combine the curds, lemon juice, rice flour, salt and four tbsp oil, add to the grounded masala and blend again till smooth.
- Add the paneer pieces to this masala paste and keep aside to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat the remaining oil in a kadai, add the paneer pieces in small batches and fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
