Tangy Mango Rice recipe - How to make Tangy Mango Rice

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the green chilli, curry leaves, chana dal and urad dal and saute till the dal turns golden red in colour.
  3. Add the peanuts and saute for few minutes.
  4. Add the grated mango, turmeric, salt and cook for few minutes
  5. Add the coconut and saute for few minutes.
  6. Add the cooked rice, mix well and serve hot.
