1 cup milk powder
3/4 cup powdered sugar or icing sugar
130 gms butter
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1 tbsp chopped mixed nuts (optional)

  1. Cream the butter and sugar well in a bowl till light and fluffy
  2. Add the milk powder to the creamed butter and sugar, mixing continuously
  3. Stir in the grated lemon rind and the chopped nuts
  4. Knead the mixture which will feel like soft dough with your hands
  5. Pinch off small bits of the mixture and roll them into balls of desired size using your palms
  6. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator
