A South Indian favorite rice recipe, Tangy lemon rice is tempered aptly with mustard seeds and curry leaves and enjoyed plain or with curd.

  1. Clean & cook rice.
  2. Heat oil and add rai,green chillies,udad dal,curry leaves & hing till it splutters.
  3. Remove from fire and add to the cooked rice(which is cooled in a plate).
  4. Squeez lemon and add haldi and salt and mix well.
  5. Decorate with corriander leaves.
