Tangy Jal Jeera recipe - How to make Tangy Jal Jeera

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 glasses

2 tbsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp mint (phudina) paste
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) paste
1 tbsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
fresh mint for garnishing
  1. In a bowl mix cumin powder, mint leaves paste, coriander leaves paste, amchur, black salt, lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Add five cups of chilled water and stir till all the ingredients are well blended.
  3. Pour into individual glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
