A slight bitter sweet and very refreshing healthy lemonade. very simple and easy and fast to make.
- Combine the lemon, ginger and sugar and blend in a mixer, adding little water till smooth.
- Fill up the mixture adding 1 litre water.
- Strain and refrigerate till use.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes.
