Ingredients
1 big lemon , cut into small pieces and deseeded
1 tbsp chopped ginger (adrak) , peeled
3 tbsp sugar
ice cubes as required
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the lemon, ginger and sugar and blend in a mixer, adding little water till smooth.
  2. Fill up the mixture adding 1 litre water.
  3. Strain and refrigerate till use.
  4. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
