Ingredients

1 cup hung curds (dahi)
salt to taste
a pinch of ground sugar
6 cloves garlic (lehsun), ground to a paste
1 tsp finely chopped carrots
1/2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
a dash of lime juice
Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a light hand.
  2. Add the lime juice.
  3. Serve with soup sticks.
