250 gms cucumber (1large cucumber or 2 small)
3 spring onions
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 cup cheese spread or grated processed cheese
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder or to taste
1/2 tsp honey or sugar to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)

  1. Peel the cucumber.
  2. Cut the cucumber into large pieces.
  3. Chop the spring onions.
  4. In a blender or food processor blend the cucumber, green onions, yogurt, cheese spread, vinegar, honey, and pepper until they are all crushed.
  5. Put the dip into a bowl and garnish it with finely cut corriander.
