This recipe will last for three to four days.
its a dip which can be used with fried vegetables , chicken fingers , fish fingers ,potato chips, etc...
- Peel the cucumber.
- Cut the cucumber into large pieces.
- Chop the spring onions.
- In a blender or food processor blend the cucumber, green onions, yogurt, cheese spread, vinegar, honey, and pepper until they are all crushed.
- Put the dip into a bowl and garnish it with finely cut corriander.
