Method

  1. Wash and thinly slice the capsicum,cucumber & tomato.
  2. Remove the sides of the bread & butter them evenly.
  3. Take 2 buttered slices and
  4. Put 1 cheese slice on each.
  5. Arrange a layer of sliced cucumber,tomato & capsicum
  6. Evenly on each of them.
  7. Spinkle chaat masala and
  8. Dried basil over it.
  9. Put other slice of bread over it and press lightly.
  10. Divide them in 2 halves & serve.
