Ingredients
Method

  1. Grind ginger,garlic,green chillies,jeera to a fine paste
  2. Add to the paste -- salt,chillipowder,leamonjuice
  3. And red colour.keep aside
  4. Cut gobhi into 1"pieces.boil
  5. It in salted water for2-3mins.
  6. Do not boil much,it should be little stiff.
  7. Apply3/4 of the paste on the
  8. Pieces. keep the marinated
  9. Gobhi in the grill for five mins on high power till the paste is dry and gobhi is soft
  10. Cut onions and capsicums into fine rings.
  11. Heat 1tbsp of oil. fry onions and capsicum rings for few mins till onions turn transparent.
  12. Add the left ginger paste.
  13. And sprinkle some salt to taste and tandoori masala.
  14. Serve hot.
