To Be Mixed Together For Marination
2 1/2 tbsp sour curds (khatta dahi)
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
8-10 chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1 tbsp oil
1 cup parboiled and chopped mixed vegetables (carrot , I174 , potatoes)

For The Batter
6 tbsp plain flour (maida)
3 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
pinch soda
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)

Other Ingredients
plain flour (maida) and cornflour for dusting
oil for deep frying
For marination

    For marination
  1. Place a small cup in the bowl of the mixture..
  2. Heat a piece of coal and place it in the cup and put 1 tsp ghee and close it with a plate immediately.
  3. Keep it aside for 10 mins.

For the batter

    For the batter
  1. Mix all the ingredients and add water to make a medium thick batter.

How to proceed

  1. Combine the plaikn flour and cornflour in a plate and mix it.
  2. Take the marinated veggies and roll on this maida-cornflour mixture.
  3. Deep fry the veggies in hot oil on medium flame till golden and crisp and serve hot with tea.
