Get ready to enjoy the crispy and tangy Tamatar ka bhajia which can be easily prepared at home. The tomato slices are sprinkled with chaat masala and then dipped in besan batter before deep frying .Relish the unique bhajias with green chutney
- First cut the tomatoes in thick slices and sprinkle chat masala and keep it aside.
- Secondly make a thin batter of gram flour with all the other ingredients.
- Thirdly take a slice of tomato and dip it into the batter slowly and put it into a pan of oil to deep fry repeat the same with the other slices of tomatoes. fourthly enjoy eating..
