This is the easy and main remedy for those who suffer from loose motion. Also a good appetite. Garlic is very good for heart and in arthritis.
- Dry roast the chopped garlic
- Till it turns brown.
- Grind garlic with coconut to a smooth paste.
- Add buttermilk and salt.
- Season with rai,ghee and red chilli. (optional)
- You can drink or eat with plain rice.
