Ingredients

ingredients:
tomato-250gms
onion-30gms
garlic-3-4
ginger-2pieces
sugar-50-60gms
chilli powder to taste
onion seeds(kalonji)-1tspn
oil-1tspn
salt to taste
vinegar-1tbspn
Method

  1. Method:
  2. Wash and balanch tomatoes or cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry onion seeds and grind onions,garlic and ginger.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook
  5. Add sugar and spices(garam masala,salt,little bit of amchoor)
  6. Remove from fire
  7. Add vinegar
