sugar-50-60gms chilli powder to taste
oil-1tspn salt to taste
- Wash and balanch tomatoes or cut into small pieces.
- Fry onion seeds and grind onions,garlic and ginger.
- Add tomatoes and cook
- Add sugar and spices(garam masala,salt,little bit of amchoor)
- Remove from fire
- Add vinegar
