This recipe is typical sindi recipe.
- Cook tomatoes in the pressure cooker and blend to make the puree.
- In a other pan (heavy bottem) heat oil, then put dana methi kari patta & hing and put besan , when besan change its colour become little redish than put red chilli- and than put tomato puree with 2 glass of water .
- Now add fried bhindi and kookam , let it boil for 10 min with covered lid or pressure cook (5 whistle)
- Finely put hara daniya and serve with rice and fried potatoes.
