This salad is healthy, delicious and easy to make. It supplements my tai chi, karate and yoga practice and teaching.

Tai Chi Indian Salad recipe - How to make Tai Chi Indian Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped red cabbage
1 sliced tomato
1/2 cup curry sauce
1/4 cup chilli sauce
3 hard boiled eggs
4 babycorn
1/2 cup grated ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup rolled anchovies
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
virgin olive oil or balsamic vinegar
  1. Put the salad in a bowl and top with the other ingredients; make the dressing and pour over the top.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy.
