1 packet of lemon masala vegetarian seasoning cubes
8 to 10 potatoes , boiled
oil for frying

  1. Halve the boiled potatoes and fry them lightly.
  2. Punch the hot potato halves on the flat side with finers or a flat spoon and fry them again till golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle hot fried potatoes with crumbled maggi super seasoning.
  4. Serve hot.
