1)please be careful while frying the potatoes as you can burn yourself.
2)serve tea with potato crunch only and enjoy eating it.
- Halve the boiled potatoes and fry them lightly.
- Punch the hot potato halves on the flat side with finers or a flat spoon and fry them again till golden brown.
- Sprinkle hot fried potatoes with crumbled maggi super seasoning.
- Serve hot.
