Makes 10 to 12 servings
- Make mini rotis and arrange them in a muffin tray. Bake it for 15 minutes or until crisp at 180 degrees and unmould. Keep aside.
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Fill it into above roti cups.
- Garnish it with paneer and serve with fresh coconut water.
