  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add whole spices adn prepared paste and saute.
  2. Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add seasoning and cook for a minute.
  4. Add water around 1/4 cup, mix well and cook for a minute.
  5. Keep the gravy smooth and creamy.
  6. serve hot with phulkas and rice.
